Refund Policy
30-Day Trial Period
Just like Snorble, we want the best for your family. So, we will do what we can to make sure you are happy. Upon receiving Snorble, you will have a 30-day trial period to introduce your new little buddy to your child(ren). If there are any issues during this time, we will work with you to resolve them in the best way possible, including replacing Snorble or fully refunding your purchase. As part of our commitment to families, we simply ask that you collaborate with us to best understand any challenges you had in order for us to make improvements for others.
Note: if you do not have the original packaging and accessories shipped with Snorble, there will be a $75 restocking fee.
Up to 90 Days
If you wish to return Snorble after your trial period has ended, 25% of the standard retail price will be taken as a restocking fee and shipping and handling will be paid by you to return your purchase. If you do not have the original packaging and accessories shipped with Snorble, 50% of the standard retail price will be taken as a restocking fee and shipping and handling will be paid by you to return your purchase.
After 90 Days
Although there is no option to return Snorble after 90 days, Customer Support will still work with you to address any challenges you may have related to software, set-up, etc.
Warranty
As parents, we know that kids can put products through their paces! With that in mind, Snorble exceeds all applicable safety requirements for toys, as well as for electronic equipment, as required by ASTM test standards. This ensures that, under typical conditions, our product is always safe and reliable.
With this in mind, we will replace your Snorble or LullaPod® if there are any issues related to their functioning within 180 days of your order being delivered to you.
Note: you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees to return the defective unit initially.
